In short: the website uses no cookies and no statistics or advertising tools. We only receive information about you if you contact us or join the club.

Who is responsible

Idræt For Sindet Randers (IFS Randers) is the data controller for information processed through the website and in enquiries to the club.

Cookies

The website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. Fonts and images are served from our own server, so no third party is notified when you visit.

Server log

When you visit the site, the web server records technical information your browser sends: IP address, time, which page was requested and which browser you use. It is used only to run and protect the website, it is not shared with anyone, and it is kept no longer than that purpose requires.

The website is hosted by X-Launch ApS on a server in Germany, within the EU.

When you contact us

If you write or call us, we use your name, email address or phone number and what you tell us to answer you. We do not share it with anyone and delete it when we no longer need it.

Membership through Holdsport

You join through Holdsport. The club uses the information you give there to manage your membership and the teams. Holdsport’s own terms and privacy policy apply to what happens on their service, and you accept them when you sign up.

Links to other sites

The "Directions" links open Google Maps and "Join" opens Holdsport. When you follow a link, that service’s privacy policy applies.

Your rights

You have the right to know what information we hold about you and to have it corrected or deleted. You can also object to the processing, ask for it to be restricted and receive a copy of your information. Write to kontor@ifsranders.dk.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to Datatilsynet.
